Inputs

Name Type Mandatory Description
input_matrix CSV Mandatory Gene/Condition matrix as CSV.

Outputs

Name Type Description
bayesian_biclustering_output TextFile Resulting clustering.

Parameters

Name Type Default Description
normalization_alpha_value int 90 Percentage quartile parameter for the IQRN and SQRN normalization methods.
normalization_method string "None" Normalization to apply before clustering. Valid values are None, CSN, RSN, IQRN and SQRN. Both IQRN and SQRN also use the normalization_alpha_value parameter, which defaults to 90.
number_of_clusters int 10 Number of clusters.
